Thank you for choosing SABERSMITH products. Note:The return practices set forth in this return policy are for this web site only. If you link to other web sites, please review the return policies posted at those sites. Any return or exhange claim needs to be accompanied by the original receipt and any other documentation generated at the time of sale. Shipping fees for returning product and reimbursement for them are handled on a case by case basis. Returning Product Sabersmith products are warrentied against blade failure due to live steel combat and or reenactment only. If your purchased product is damaged, please return the product with a short letter describing the situation in which it was damaged. Sabersmith does NOT guarentee its products against stress testing and 'test to destruction' practices. Sabersmith will not warrenty a weapon if used for mundane practices, IE -yard tool, cooking implement, etc. Sabersmith does NOT guarentee its weapons when used against other Sabersmith weapons. A return can be requested by the original purchaser only. If the sword or weapon is broken, be sure to include all peices. Exchanging Product Sabersmith will exhange purchased products only in the case of a defect. Product must be in original condition (unused) and an exchange requested within 30 days of recieving the product. Include any accessories purchased at the time of sale. Must also include original documentation and packaging. Shipping Product If you need to return a product or exhange a product of ours please ship it to: Sabersmith INC Please call our office prior to shipping to notify us that we will be recieving your product. Please include a letter with your shipment detailing why the product is being sent back, with an address and a phone number to contact you in case we have questions. When shipping sharp or pointed items, be sure to package the tips to ensure that the weapon does not exit the packing material / box. Further Questions Special Note Sabersmith products are individually hand crafted and produced. We stand behind our craftsmanship and even if you do not fall under the above criteria, please contact us and voice any concerns you have. We'll be happy to work with you and do everything in our power to solve any issues you have with us or our product. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy.
